Workshop Details

Date: Saturday, December 6th, 2025

Time: 9:30-11:00 am PST

Location: Zoom (link provided after registration)

Cost: $10-$40 (sliding scale)

Note: Participants must be located in California

What You'll Experience:
  • Creating a Safe Workshop Space: I will offer guidelines for maintaining a soothing, nourishing space for all.

  • Guided Grounding Practice: You’ll be guided through a mindfulness practice that’s intended to prepare you to connect with what’s present in your heart and mind.

  • Personal Self-Reflection: There will be time to use journaling or drawing to express your worries, hopes, and intentions as you move into the holiday season.

  • Group Sharing, Questions: Participants will be invited (but not required) to give voice to thoughts and feelings about the holidays.

  • Self-Compassion Practice: The workshop will close with an opportunity to cultivate feelings of love and compassion for ourselves and all that we carry.

What You'll Need:
  • A quiet, comfortable space

  • Journaling or drawing supplies

  • Any objects that will help you feel comfortable and supported (soft blanket, warm tea, etc.)
