What You'll Experience:

Creating a Safe Workshop Space: I will offer guidelines for maintaining a soothing, nourishing space for all.

Guided Grounding Practice: You’ll be guided through a mindfulness practice that’s intended to prepare you to connect with what’s present in your heart and mind.

Personal Self-Reflection: There will be time to use journaling or drawing to express your worries, hopes, and intentions as you move into the holiday season.

Group Sharing, Questions: Participants will be invited (but not required) to give voice to thoughts and feelings about the holidays.

Self-Compassion Practice: The workshop will close with an opportunity to cultivate feelings of love and compassion for ourselves and all that we carry.
What You'll Need:

A quiet, comfortable space

Journaling or drawing supplies

Any objects that will help you feel comfortable and supported (soft blanket, warm tea, etc.)
