Who I Help
I provide therapy for teens (ages 13+) and adults, including individuals, couples, and families. I offer in-person therapy in Lafayette, California, and online therapy throughout California.
I specialize in individual therapy for anxiety, perfectionism, and self-esteem, and I frequently work with high-achieving professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or burned out despite outward success. I also help clients navigate life transitions such as aging, caregiving, empty nesting, and divorce.
I also offer parent coaching for all parents—married, partnered, single, divorced, or never married—with a focus on parenting teens and supporting healthy family relationships. In addition, I provide co-parenting counseling for divorced or never-married parents.
