With more than ten years of experience as a teacher, mentor, and counselor, I am dedicated to helping people find pathways to greater connection, inner steadiness, resilience, and belonging.

 

As a former attorney, I understand the pressures of high-stress, high-achieving environments. I consider it a privilege to create space for others to find their own path to a sustainable and meaningful life.​​
